Go natural then you don't need that cream crack on your beautiful hair.

Well, I recently got garnier length and strength. I am not going to lie. I got it becasue a black girl was in the commercial and I figured if it works for her it will work for me. I'm Nigerian, Ghanian, and Brazilian. I don't know if it will work, but hopefully.
Btw, does anyone in here use queen helene's cholesterol with ginseng cream?

For hair that is breaking, organic root stimulator carrot cream is really good...it stops breaking and prevents breaking when u use heat on ur hair. Sulfur 8 hair cream is really good 2. Shampoo and conditioner I use silkk elements and nexxus.

a press. depending on where you live you'll probably need to do it every 2 weeks. cost the same or less as perming & flat ironing every 2 weeks and about the same amount of heat with someone who does a good job

for dandruff people need to wash & moisturize their hair every week. can be a moisturizing/conditioning shampoo not a plain shampoo that will dry your hair & scalp out. and then once a month use a protein or mayonnaise conditioner

wash you hair every week and then do a hot oil treatment + cholesterol treatment.
The key really is washing your hair weekly and keeping it moisturized.
And most importantly your diet, try incorporating soy products into your diet, i changed to Soy milk, tastes better than 2% milk and my flakiness has drastically reduced.

I've heard a lot of bad reviews for those products.

Ebony1, relaxers don't break your hair off. Bad hair habits break your hair off. Granted, relaxers do weaken your hair considerably, but this is why establishing a good hair care routine is vital. Relaxed hair just needs more TLC than natural hair. Hair will break off if it's not taken care of, regardless of it's been relaxed or not.

Organics "No more Flakes"

Elasta QP Mango Butter. However this is used for the ends. Not on the scalp.
