Lipstick or Lipgloss

I find it hard to get the right color of lipstick to look good on me even when i have the exact same shade of lipgloss that works perfect.

For those who know how to work the lipsticks, how do you do it?

Line it up with dark brown lipliner. I use darker colours to match my skin tone...like medium/dark brown and medium purple. If I look at your face...I can know what colours you should try...but the key is lining it up correctly

Wouldnt you want to line your lips with a shade close to the lipstick you wearing? I usually go for neutral colors.

Maybe for lighter skinned girls that is fine...but for darker skin...to me it doesnt look right...Its not even really that noticeable if you line it right though...You have to blend the liner after you apply...you need a darker outline so the colour won't be so bright on ya face.

In my avatar..Im wearing a medium brown lipstick with a dark brown lipliner but you dont even really notice it.

I hardly wear lipstick but i got the perfect lipgloss in diff colors

I back B.Byuty all the way...also sometimes I line my lips and just add a good layer of clear gloss and I'm ready 2 go...by the way, I heard Fantasia (American Idol) is coming out with a lipgloss/lip stick line called "FAN-TA-BU-LOUS" anybody seen it yet, nonetheless tried it?

As long as its cheaper that MACs lip glass but the same quality then i'm cool with that.

i don't like lipstick at all. i just use dark-chocolate lip liner and lip gloss.

But sometimes, dont u just want some color?
I do the lip liner and lip gloss thing too but sometimes i get tired of neutral.

works every time.
it also helps if you protect ur lips with vaseline before make up and before you sleep. keeps em soft

use clear lip gloss and apply ur lipstick.... gives u a nice and glossy look wont tell d difference from lipgloss....
