Best way to wear white

Hey ladies, what's the best way to wear white?

-Wear white on top and bottom with dark shoes, or white shoes?
-Wear white on top, and dark on the bottom with white or dark shoes?
-Wear dark on top, and white on bottom with dark shoes?
-Wear dark on top and bottom with white shoes?

I need answers NOW!!! Please

Oh yeah, and this is for a dark-skinned lady.

Tricky....
Its nice to have some bright color like red to compliment the white. Not too much...just a tint...say earings and bag. Everything else can be white as long as they are all the same shade oo. Not the kain white ti o ti sha (if u know what i mean

)

I have a red and deep pink slim fitting skirts and I might try a whit top on them this summer but it depends on style and cut of the white.

It depends on whether you're big or small on bottom. If you have a small top and big bottom then go for black bottom and white top. If you have a small bottom and not so small top then go for white bottom and dark top.

But I like this option:
-Wear dark on top, and white on bottom with dark shoes-
