U would be surprised what u can find at Ross, TJ max/Marshals, u may have to search thru lots and lots of racks but u can end up with designer jeans cut to fit black booty for less eg j lo jeans, fetish jeans by eve, or just plain express jeans etc
In New Jersey- North Bergen, there is this store on Bergenline around 56th street or so, called KNOW KNOW it carries all the funky but really cute presentable jeans

Shopping for jeans is a real ordeal.
Most of my jeans are from Express sales or random spots. The Gap & old navy have the occasional nice fit.
