Bounding or sew in which is better? i heard that bounding is not good for the hair.

u mean "BONDING" rite?

n ewez bonding aint good for sum ppl's hair.. it breaks and damages their hair... BUT in my own case,, the glue removal lotion helps to take out the glue.. altho' u'll still c sum traces of glue left in ur hair.

Glue can never be good for your hair. Sew-in is the way to go.

i think sewing is better...plus its less expensive.
