who wears or has worn braces???....
there are days when this shit irritates me and I just wanna rip 'em out!!!...each time I get 'em tightened every month or so, I start clenching my teeth cuz they hurt...how do some of ya'll deal???
am I alone here??

awww...@ Browneyez...tomorrow??...geez, and you happened to look at this thread??...I've probably already discouraged you huh??...
@Shylaw and Browneyez...how long you keepin' 'em in???...mine will be in for another year and a half and I got 'em last December...they're alright when you get used to 'em after they're tightened....teeth get all sensitive and you can't bite into anything or eat whole fruit or sticky things or chew gum...but who cares???....after awhile you can eat anything in moderation he he he.... the clenching part is just me...I think that's my individual reaction to dealing with tightening everytime I visit the orthodontist.... then there's people who'll start sayin' you look like a lil' kid... blah-blah-blah...that wasn't my intention but you can't stop peeps from saying "awwww"....

I have my braces now! they aren't bad at all..everyone kept saying it was going to hurt on the 2nd day but it didn't. I made sure I took some aleve before i went to bed.
The kind I have are the ceramic ones. You can't really see em unless your up close. She hasn't put my bottom ones in yet...She has to put spacers in my teeth...now i heard that hurts bad...and they're gonna be in for a week [grrr]. My treatment is expected to last about 20 months OR LESS. And 4get the people who say braces are kiddy or whatever...focus on the end result of your teeth..nice and straight....hollaaaaaaaaa |

oh no, they don't say braces are kiddy....they like to clown and say I look like a lil' kid and all...I like to laugh and when they see me it's a mouth full of metal...oh yeah, get for all the name calling cuz it'll come....
metal mouth iron teeth antenna focus lockjaw teeth wired shut all kinds of shit...LMAO!!!....but it's all good... now the spacers...I'm not even gon' lie...to be honest, they don't exactly hurt they're just very uncomfortable and I had to keep mine in for 2 weeks...very uncomfortable especially when you're eating...they way you bite down and chew food isn't the same...you'll know what I'm talking about....g'luck and lemme know how it goes...
