Why Do Men

especially black men braid their hair? Do you ladies find men with braided hair sexy or what? Personally, i dont think i can stand these men, they stinks with those hair style and i was told that braiding of hair is only meant for women.

my question is why do you guys braid your hair and ladies do you like your men to have braided hair?

as long as they keep it neat i don't see a problem with that.

it is part of the much things to worry about. when we both braid our hair and have jeans on then we will look the same

can't help it, but guys with braids just DON'T appeal to me in anyway. I prefer the low, clean cut type....Leave the hair braiding to me.

I dont think its much of an issue with dudes who braid their hair, i mean personally i would prefer a nice clean shape up but a dude who gets his hair braided, and provided its neat is not really a problem to me.

guy here. See. Its a matter of upbringing. Some Americans feel and are used to the fact that its mostly guys that plait their hair.

Its up to the individual to decide what they like. I was brought up to think braidin hair is only for the ladies. BUT when my hair got long enuff, my lil sis braided it. And noone minded. And this was back in NG. The bible says only women should be allowed to do their hair and i dont disagree.

So my own take on this, is that it's self-righteous for women to judge men on their hairstyle specially if its braiding. Cuz there ARE more important things than hair, and it might just be experimental or for a totally different reason than ure familiar with. And if the guys doesnt look good with it, then thats his luck. I'm neither for nor against it and I have braided my hair before and i probably will again.

I absolutely adore the low, even-all-around, edged-up, sharp cuts on guys...all this growing out the hair to achieve braids, dredlocks or even pressing the shit out is not ideal to me....I'll be lying if I said that some dudes don't look right with long hair, infact some guys look hella sexy with that shit...i.e. DJ QuiK...but I wouldn't go as far as having him as my ideal boyfriend/husband...

my brother is getting into that phase and I don't like it....I won't love him any less but he better steer clear from my dad and wear hats and wave caps...

Hey wat u talking about, for one most guys that do braid thier hair it is alwasy clean and dont stink its ladies who have thier weave on and have it for ever that stinks, like you saying why should women wear shirts and pants not like men have started having babes.
