I almost never buy anything at Full Price.When I head into a Store..I make Bee-line for the Sales Rack. Yeahhhh..

usually I buy on impulse....like, "I gotta have it, right now"..."if I don't buy it someone else will"...and sometimes I don't even think about budgeting or where I'll get my next rack of "cheese", I just gotta get the item I've been eyeing....
