OK LET ME BREAK IT DOWN FOR YOU!!

First he got his tools out needle, ring, gloves, etc.
Then he cleaned my navel area with some kind of antiseptic stuff, then I had to stand up so he could mark the entrance and exit hole for the needle.
Then he clamped the skin, the he said "READY", then he pushed the hollow needle through the skin.
Then he got the titanium rod and pushed it through the hollow needle and hooped it put the stopper on.
Sprayed it with something and Voila........I'M AN EVEN SEXIER BISSSHHHH!

Getting your tongue pierced is more painful than navel piercing, plus the aftermath is more traumatizing...ie swollen tongue, can't eat.
Navel piercing ain't a thing, or nipple piercing........I considered piercing my clitoris until they said if I lose sensation they can not be held liable............If I lost sensation, I would have a nervous breakdown!!

It didn't hurt me more than it hurt to get my ear pierced a second time (which didn't hurt at all), you'll feel a slight pinch and then it'll all be over (well, that was MY experience, anyways). good Luck, let's all see a pic when you've got it done, sha
