Express..ugh!

am i the only one that finds express kinda 'ugh' nowadays? i dont mind paying extra for some items..but then it becomes a neighborhood uniform?...anyone feeling me?

i got some skirt one time..next thing my friend got d same skirt at some outlet for like half d price i'm like wtf?
