Anyone. Doesnt have to be a celebrity.

For me, its Jessica Simpson. She doesnt try too hard. Simple, classy...its very rare for her to go wrong with an outfit or hairstyle.

I also like the classiness with which Nia Long, Jada Pinkett, and Halle Berry often dress (esp for awards, banquets, etc) I'm a sucka for pretty ballgowns
