Default I've lost weight....
..and I dont think it looks good. What should I eat to gain the weight back? Preferably in the hips area.

Plsssssssss, this kain weight loss is no good o. My stomach is still big but my thighs and hips are getting smaller. And I usually lose my apetite when my period comes around so it will only get worse. Abeg o, I need help.

When I lost too much weight what I did to gain it back was to do all the things I normally shouldn't do. I ate lots of creamy cake, and all those kinda stuff, then I'd lie down for a while after eating. Infact, just eat a lot and laze about a lot.
I gain weight easily so in a couple of weeks I got the weight back.
