Avoid things u don't need like smoking, alcohol, too much fatty foods..... Do not ever think that what u put in your internal system does not affect your external....

right! sodas and sugars too are not good for the skin in the long run plus drink lots of water. Avoid processed and canned foods, exercise and get enough rest.
