no if i were in chicago, i would not be wearing that dress, i would actually be semi-formal garb, because downtown's boat cruises a real formal...so i would wear a cocktail dress...but the people down in michigan dress a little bit more relaxed..which i why i went that route...

hey...not too sure about the dress.
The shoes and purses are nice. But the dress is an 'old' style *shrugs* and a little too casual looking for a boat cruise.
Maybe i have to see you in it though.
