i was already 20 'cause my moms was strict. By the time I grew old I wasn't interested in wearing makeup anymore , that's y now i don't care much for it.

First time I used make up was when I was 17 and it was just mascara. And I bought it.

I didn't actually wear a full face of make-up (foundation, lipstick, eyeliner) till I was 20 and I think it was a special occasion.

My mom neither discouraged nor encouraged it. But because she only wears eye liner, I figured she was against it. Only to find out that she doesn't give a crap cos my little sister started wearing it at 13 and she didn't say a word.

lol phatom but you know she would have cared if you had tried it at 15. Something about the older daughter having it hard. Crap I didn't even get to perm my hair till i was almost done with high school but my sis did it before she could spell embarrass.

GOT A ''TEENAGE'' MAKEUP KIT FROM MY MOM WHEN I WAS 10 SO I WOULDNT SAY SHE DISCOURAGED IT....BUT NEVER USED IT DAT MUCH....WASNT DAT KEEN I GUESS...

I was 19, I just got to korea and the black american women in my office said i should not disgrace them(i was looking BAD), so they did a make over for me. I was a whole diff person after wards....makeup can do wonders sometimes

my mom is deeper life.....make-up was out of the question

I was about fourteen and it was just lipliner and lipgloss... my mom actually wanted me to wear makeup she wanted me out of that tomboy stage... didn't wear real makeup till i was 15 for my high school prom.... even now... all i wear is lipliner and lipgloss unless its a reall really special occasion!

i dont remember being big on any make up b4 i came 2 yanks...i cud wear just as long as it wasnt 2 skool or nan like dat. but when i was like 9/10 in boarding skool...we used 2 wear make up for social nite. lip liner and vaseline it up! hehe

i guess i really got in2 buyin ma own shit @ 14 when i landed yanks.
