Advice needed!!

since i've been in london my nails have stopped growing as well as they use to. I've got nice fingernails and i don't like the idea of putting on artificial nails ...
please can any1 suggest wat to use to or wat i should do to make sure my nails grow well eh jo!!

take vitamins and eat lots of proteins.

water. Put them in water for sumtime. that works too.
