But you know what, I need to lose weight, whats the quickest/safest way to lose weight? thanks in advance Abi!

I am glad you realize that being a fat ass is not healthy. Enganging in sexual intercourse with as many guys (or girls) *cough* can help you lose weight, it is fun, free and easy exercise, good luck. Ps. if you need help with the 'exercise' part. give me a holla!
