Does halter necks and boob tops look nice on bigger ladies e.g. US size 12?

It looks better if you have moderate boobs...when the boobs are too big it starts looking tacky.

all i know is that i love anything with a halter top style..yeah it's less flattering on ppl with excessively large boobs and flabby arms.

I don't know, I actually think that tube tops look good on most ppl - that's why a lot of bigger women were tube wedding dresses....
