Lipsticks don't look good on me

I'm dark skinned and it seems no color of lipstick looks good on me. I only use lip gloss and lip liner.

the trick is in the liner......I'm not that dark but I can pull off any colour lipstick I want.....u can where frosty colours for instance by strategically....yes I said strategically

I don't like the lipstick look neither. I stick to mauve, pink, and frosty lip glosses. I have like 6 from every lip gloss brand ever made.

Lipstic dont look good on me either. I stick to gloss and liner. there aint nothing wrong with that.

Maybe one day I'ma find the right colour for me.

who wears lipstick on an everyday basis sef? Lipgloss all the way and Lipstick for more formal events.

the darker u r..the less u should stay away from BRIGHT lip colours
if u r lips r dark
try to use brown lip liner wit lip gloss
dat loookx the best

I HATE when people say that when you're dark you have to avoid brighter colors. That's a bullshit misconception. Your limiting yourself.

My aunt is blacker than black, and she wear Fushia colors and red colors, and she looks simply elegant. I'm dark and I wear pink tones, it's all a matter of finding the right color/tone for your complexion.

I hate my natural lip color so I wear lip stick.... I'm dark and I wear shades of brown... or a brownish wine... shades of purple work too...

i like pink lipstik too..esp maybelline's wet and shine..u should try it..looks just like lipgloss cept it stays on longer..then line it with brown liner..looks nice

thanks , ima try it. I use one by clinique...can't remember the number , but it was one of their free gifts for buying something from them

i hate lipstick..*blech*...don't wear the stuff...i don't even rock lipliner....it's once in a very blue moon..i use my mac lip glass and i am happy...
