I treat myself to a bi-weekly spa treatment like sauna, steam, jacuzzi and body massage (with aromatherapy oil). During this period, I go off meals except for fruits and vegs.
Since I started doing this, I've noticed a great difference to my skin.

I think you all should try this.

Come as a total package as a member of a local council gym in my area (except for massage which cost like £12 per session.)

It won't bleach ur skin though (since ur eager to do that!).

b/w us; if u want some special bleaming cream....that's another issue entirely.
are u willing to pay £60 ($?) for a jar of bleaching cream?
i can get a friend to 'mix' some nice one for u.
u asking why it's expensive, huh? she needs a lot of "acid' to achieve a good blend for ur skin type (or complexion)?.
