....SPOTLESS SKIN...NA HOW PEOPLE DEY ATTAIN AM?

I mean..agreed there're different shades of black and perhaps for some people..skin blemish is genetic..but..are there any sikrits?Some sey na skin fitamin...some sey dem dey chop Aloe Vera...which ones?
