Has anyone seen the cover of Lil Kim's latest CD? The CD is entitled "La Bella Mafia". She is wear something that looks like fettucini that does not leave much for one's imagination. Will any of you ladies come out of the bedroom looking like Lil Kim?

I partially agree with u. She did fall off. She literally lived up to her title as " Black Barbie", she's is too fake.
