1lb Deveined black tiger shrimp
Garlic
Yeloow, green, red bell pepper
Ginger
Broccoli
Onion
Dusting flour
Oilive Oil

Dust shrimp with flour
quick pan grill (Don't cook) then set aside
toss peppers, garlic, ginger, onion and lightly steamed broccoli (1 1/2min)
Add grilled shrimp and toss (1min)
Crab sauce.....
1tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon chopped celery leaves
4 ounces lump crabmeat
1/4 cup dry wine
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning, or to taste
1/2tablespoon tomato paste
salt and pepper, to taste
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in flour, onions.
Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add wine and crabmeat; gradually add cream, stirring constantly. Stir in Cajun seasoning and tomato paste.
Serve/Plate to taste
