::::::::Curry Cicken and White Rice



3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 onion—chopped
2 cloves garlic—finely chopped
Basil

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
3 teaspoons Madras curry powder

½ teaspoon chili powder
Red bell Pepper
Yellow Bell Pepper

Quick boiled shrimp (Please don't cook)
HEAT Olive Oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat and cook the onion and peppers for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the garlic, ginger, cumin, curry powder, paprika and chili powder and cook.

Add shrimp juice

Bring to the boil

Reduce the heat and simmer (uncovered) for 5 minutes.

Add Basil


Rice:::
Boil ..........ofcourse

Wine:::2002 Vantage Chardonay

Good Luck

Way to go.Impressive.Keep doing what you do.I like my rice seperate and not joined together, so just a tip, you can try putting a lil' oil it in and not so much water but a little as you need it.Thumbs up.
