It's 20 below zero and you're wearing flip flops..........why??

I've always wondered about chicks (and dudes) whowear flip flops on extremely cold days. They'll wear a jacket, a cap, a scarf......but not have the sense to put on some boots. Why??

they are way more comfortable even at freezing temperatures but definitely not 20 degrees below

actually did that yesterday.....it was a bit nippy....had a pair of thick soled slippers with my winnie the pooh toe socks....just got a pedicure and i was parading the city hard- from 14th st to the vil back to the bronx....on the streets on the trains in the stores with my slippers (oh yeah stopped by bbq's) and socks on....and i did not give a damn.....i could have easily put my shoes back on....bnut i didn't ...was waiting for someone to give me a look and it would've been ON!!!!!

yea my homeboy always wears sandals with no socks during this kind of weather and complains about it being too cold
