The key really is washing your hair weekly and keeping it moisturized.
And most importantly your diet, try incorporating soy products into your diet, i changed to Soy milk, tastes better than 2% milk and my flakiness has drastically reduced.

But my father didn't have the opportunity to steal otherwise I wouldn't be in diaspora searching for the proverbial green pastures.
