can yall please come back and comment, update measures (missing from most) and add notes?

I'm having fun cooking the dishes here.

And AlhajiB. Why not make a thread per recipe? u can start each one withyour signature like AlhajiB Thai Ginger Chicken e.t.c

that thread of yours is gigantic & it will be hard to follow up with updates.

Anyway just my 2 kobos
