Amazing Water

water works wonders I tell ya

my skin is usually clear and lovely but after a work assignment a few months ago that meant that I was in a warmer climate , I returned 2 england with some spots

. any way ..I obsessively simpled my face morning and night etc ....nothing worked (couldnt use any products cos from past experience I'm allergic 2 them all )

Any way ...cut d long story short ..a dermatologist recommended that I try to drink about 2 litres of water a day .

I did ...and wow it was like magic ......My skin started returning 2 its perfect state .( even tho I dint quite drink up 2 2 litres )

Whats also really funny ...is that my allergic reactions halved as well ...I have to put this down to the increased water intake as well .

Apparently ..I'd been walking around dehydrated all these years ....and it was aggravated by being somewhere warmer for an extended period of time .

Gosh I hope I can keep it up ....cos its supposed to have good effects on your digestion and ability 2 lose weight

u dont have to drink it all at once....just sip little by little

if u dont like the plain taste, there are some bottled water that have a twist of lemon to them....try that for a start
