Like 400-500 + pounders?

Honestly...probably not. There's too much excess tissue and the exercise of it can be too much.

I asked a pregnant patient once who clocked in around 630+ and she openly admitted that she used a turkey baster. Her husband is skinnier than a pole, her sister "inserted" the sperm. They were too poor to do IVF (and i doubt any doctor would have done it) so they resorted to that. You couldn't tell she was pregnant...even if you felt her abdomen....and we had to do a vaginal ultrasound to get a good look at her fetus. Baby came out real healthy though.

500+ is common in county hospitals TAG....the funny thing is, they are usually the nicest patients. I feel really bad ffor them.

IVF is for ppl who can't have babies the natural way...they may be of advanced maternal age, or had an abdominal cancer, or fibroids or whatever.

This lady COULD have a baby (a miracle in itself, no diabetes, no PCOS). There was nothing reproductively "wrong" with her. She just couldn't get a penis in her secondary to dense, excessive fat tissue.

I mean,...we had her in stirrups....the nurse grabbed the inner fatty thigh tissue on one side and I had the other and we both pulled it back so the doctors could see inside of her vagina.
