going back to church

My friend has been encouraging me to go to church. He has been suggesting it because in his words

I wanted to encourage you to try to find other Christians to support, encourage, and hold you accountable in your faith. It is so important to have other people like this in your life. God did not intend for us to live for Him on our own.

I don't know how to feel about this. It was the church that chased me away in the first place...the hypocrisy, the bullshit practices etc etc. I dunno how to feel.

I am against organised religion and I've let him know that...i dunno why he's still pushing me. I've come this far on my own...I believe will guide me through the rest.

I agree with the, "it is ... important to have other people like this in your life ..." so on, so on.

I ont know ... the thing is to find a church that is most agreeable (or, least disagreeable) to you. If you can't find that, then fuk it ...
