IDK if this has been asked...but

What does "Nwosu" mean? I have researched it and not ONE site has the meaning without a bias.

it means child of an "Osu". "osu" is someone dedicated to the gods and cnt be touched by a "diala"......ie a person that isnt an osu.

I went to a couple of sites and there seems to be a stigma that says you aren't supposed to talk to them or interact, not even marry a "child" of an osu. What the hell is that deal? Is that still going on now? I had a couple of cats kinda turn from me when we spoke, after I told them that part of my name. My dad, however told me it mean stubborn. Do you think he was hiding something or maybe informed wrong?
