Is valentine meant for sex?

my ears are full. these guys are all waiting for valentine day to come so that they can do their thing. but was valentine meant for sex and all that stuff?
st valentine was an enigma of love. love in the context of helping and serving others as a christian. we must go back to the tradition of valentine and stop making it a sodom/gomorrah thing
