oh i thought scotch eggs is made with meat on the outside, then rolled in egg wash, and flour then fried?

i guess yahoo works.

, its just like a pie crust recipe,

a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg will make all the difference.

so i made this today, this is the result.

this one i made with my dinner roll recipe,(its better baked) this one is fried(pic).

this one is made with recipe i found on yahoo,(its better fried). not greasy at all(should have made it sweeter, with less cinnamon and nutmeg). the baked one is dense. i didn't like it. but for health reasons i guess its better for u.

the egg came out perfect

( i don't like green egg).
