never seen or heard about this dish before. hmm so it is a flour instead of meat scotch egg.

i made this last weekend, Scotch eggs (didn't like it)

i seasoned the ground beef, u can use sausage too, but i like beef.

i rolled the egg in flour, so the meat can stick to the egg.

flour again

egg wash and bread crumbs

the result after frying

my dough

i rolled, the dough and cut out the circles(i think i rolled it too thin) u can roll it to any thickness.

fry to to ur desired color and voila! egg roll.
