tips on making moi moi and akara

I pretty much have the basic methods for each, but if you have anything that you find particularly useful, drop your knowledge this way!

what is ya method coz it can be wrong.
i can tell u for akara the key is to work in as much "air" as u can. So keep turning and turning and turning. and try not to soak ya beans over night.

for moimoi. add tomato paste or paprika for color

well, i burned the motor on my blender and destroyed it, so i could only make a little bit of moi moi

but it turned out well. my mom suggested i use crayfish, but since Giant doesn't carry that I i used sardines instead. for color, i used some palm oil.. turned out aiight
