ELIZABETH is inlove with DAVID and wants to have serious relationship with him...DAVID on the other hand is still young and not ready to settle down.
Fine..ELIZABETH decides she will move on and not look back..I mean c'mon 4 years of back and forth?? anyway eveyrtime she tries to do so..DAVID always finds his way in her life somehow.....this time ELIZABETH is determined to move on and never look back....
She is so serious that she has found another guy....his name is MARK...he is smart, nice, cute..have lots of stuff in common and adores her. Unfortunately ELIZABETH is not attracted to MARK the way she is/was with DAVID. Infact she keeps comparing him to DAVID. ELIZABETH knows this is wrong and she is trying her best not to do that...She wants to give MARK a chance soo bad because he is a good guy and just wat she needs...
but how does she make herself see that DAVID is a LOSER and MARK is the WINNER.
What is going on with this girls head???

Since liz cant grow the fuck up and get over David, there's nothing else for anyone to do but David hurt her physicallyor emotionally...even then, one is still not sure she'd not forgive him and take him back...she needs prayers sha.

She needs to let them both go. If she's not feeling Mark like that, then she's wasting both their time. Although it helps having someone new around, it can only go so far if the sparks aren't there. She does not absolutely need someone in her life, so she ought to take the time to focus on other more important things. Until she really lets the fact that David is no good for her marinate in her mind, however, he'll still have control over her.

That is true...but you know sometimes when you have a rebound guy it helps to get over the other dude. So maybe Elizabeth is thinking to have Mark in her life until her feelings for David go away...

@ Boss I think Elizabeth has grown tho. She is not denyin that she needs to move on..because thats what she is trying to do. Its not easy to turn feelings off...I think David is the one that needs to grow up because HE DOESNT KNO WHAT HE WANTS...
Elizabeth knows what she wants...but she isnt going to wait for him forever..in the meantime she should just move on...

That's what it comes down to.

It's not a matter of turning feelings off...lord knows that is not easy, but about doing what's emotionally healthy for you, you can stress emotionally for someone who's worth it but it comes down to ur mature judgment who is worth the emotional strain or not...That's where my case of being grown up is placed.

Like I said, it only does so much when one is not feeling the person like that. It'll work for a bit, but Liz is already struggling with making constant comparisons between the two. When you genuinely like someone, you'd be less inclined to do so. You'd be enjoying having the new person in your life so much that you'd barely give the old bobo the benefit of a second thought.
