It depends. For the notorious ones, yes. But mistakes happen, and once in awhile even so-called "nice/good" people get caught up.

I laugh at those, male or female, who stay cheating and think that they'll be able to change once they find someone who's "worth it". Old habits, especially the bad ones, die hard.

anywayz, everyone's got the potential to cheat, and once you've committed did act without suffering any major consequence (like dick falling off) there really isn't a reason for not doing it again

People have the ability to change, but most don't once they become set in their ways. Unless something major happens to throw them off. Even then, backsliding abounds.

it definitely lowers the threshold. the best way to predict ones future is by looking at their past. but then again some people learn their lesson the hard way and won't do it again cause they don't wanna lose what they've got.

basically, it all depends.
