personally i think Bobby Flay is da best Iron Chef period, da only american that actually beat da original Asian Iron Chefs, I remmber that battle, Bobby flay was so excited he jumped on da table and da Japanesse Chef that tackled French cusine said Flay had no class and respect for da kitchen lol
I just like Flay free spirit u can tell he is having fun, have seen all his shows but my fav is THROW DOWN takes guts to do that show, his reputation on da line etc.
I like MArio too but his specialty is Itallian and i don't find it facinating
