Not telling you how ton do your job but you are aware that his (and your) decision not to testify can be weighed against him during deliberations?

well im putting my trust in them that they won't weigh it against him, cus its his right to remain silent. i represent him, this case is in control. if we get desperate, we'll probably change our minds, but where we are right now, there just isnt any point.

....judges don't get to cross-examine witnesses. The defense and the prosecution have basically rested. Unless I can compel DJ to take the stand, the State sees no point in calling any witnesses

I wans't planning on crossing the witnesses myself but was wondering if they would be taking the stand .. and maybe some of the question I have can be answered by the lawyers doing the examination and cross......Even though the lawyers have done a good job thus far, I still have some questions... be that as it may.. i guess I will just have to base my decision on the info I do have.....

About six months ago

dupreejohnson sort me out and offered to sell of some of his IDs

I agreed to buy 2 Ids from dupreejohnson

dupreejohnson demanded 7 million vbucks for each ID

I paid him (duprejohnson) 14 million vbucks to take control of "hotpepper and smoothblack"

dupreejohnson then signed over the IDs by providing the passwords

I immediately changed the passwords to mine

End of transaction.............
