Is there a world class hair salon in Lagos??

Does anyone know if there is a world class standard hair salon in Lagos?? I mean a professional place where they don't use super glue to affix lashes, or they don't buff your nails till they're burning. I want a place that is good with hair as well as other beauty routines.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

ETA: I heard of one by some lady from London, but I forget the name of it.

there are a lot of places. Just be ready to shell out the money. There is a Bobby's in surulere if I am not mistaken.
