So what are some of the challenges you're facing at work right now ?. Are you stuck on an implementation like me, dealing with office politics and bureaucracy or simply clueless on the project you are working on.

working on a portal that's supposed to take users from multiple user registries/ldaps. some users get authenticated via siteminder and others directly into the portal. problem be say how do u know what users to send to siteminder and who to send directly to the portal without authenticating them. catch 22. in a perfect world the client suppose get one user registry but they just have to do shit the hard way. i still get to transfer db from coudscape to db2.

Is anyone familiar with "SQL Server Reporting Services" or currently using it?
I am tired of crystal reports meehn. the conehead doesn't integrate with web apps nicely (too many merge modules and server issues to deal with). it works on one server and doesn't work on another perfectly similar server. So i am thinking of replacing with the new sql server reporting....

so gist me.... anyone... how is it?
