I agree food is good jare, once in a while I get in this naija cooking mode, and go all out. Like when I make ila asepo, with stock fish, dry fish, cray fish, blended and whole, fresh shrimp, assorted meat or goat meat. I hand chop the okra, takes time but totally worth it for the end taste. I have this older uncle, when ever I cook this for him, the way he prays for me, you would think it was something else
