Since we have a haircare thread, i think that we should also have a skincare regime forum. e.g product recommendation/homemade skin product/home remedies/daily regime etc.

Below are my regime:

Face
I use Clinique acne set(morning & night)
clinique turnaround
clinique even better skintone corrector
Body

Morning
I like to use body oils. So i buy different oils from wholefoods and then mix it together. I am currently using jojoba, sweet almond, grapeseed & essential oil. I rub it on my skin when it is still wet,then followed by my origins body moisturizer. I am still trying to find the best moisturizer that works for me.

Evening
I use my homemade Shea butter souffle. which consist of shea butter from naija, lemon zest, different oil of my choice and essential oil.

Scrubs.

I also make my homemade sugar scrub which i use 2x/3x a wk to remove the dead cells. I am thinking abt trying the salt scrub.

Bodywash
I use Johnson/Johnson

Clinique product is very good to me. I just started usung the even better abt 3wks ago. i like the feel of it. it have this silky feel. i see a little difference but i have to wait a little bit longer.

plain ole charcoal and caustic soda never failed me. Top it off with Tura. Swarra.

I do need some sort of skincare regime though...problem is I get bored very quickly and just leave everything to soap (clear essence medicated) and water...

Yeah it is good to have a regime and u most stick to it for couple of mths.

I was thinking of trying the proactive thing but de moni too plenty abeg! And too many bleddy steps involved!

i left out my mallam sponge from naija sha. just mix every thing, then pour it on my koinkoin, then make shure the bucket of water i stashed inside the baluwe the night b4 has dettol inside.
then i just baff.

...yes it's true cos of germs and the likes that can cause breakouts. i suck @ that tho so ijust try to keep clean hands(wash hands very often)
