Justified by Faith!

(Romans 5:1 KJV) Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

Man lost his position of right standing with God when Adam allowed himself to be deceived. He was no longer in a position to fellowship with God. He was filled with so much fear that he hid when he heard the voice of God.

Man had no need for a prophet or priest to aid his relationship with his Maker until sin came into his life. He simply had an unhindered access to God until he committed the high treason. He was the best thing God created. He was the very image and likeness of God.

Sin created a gulf between man and God. It turned man into a complete stranger where God is concerned. It literally destroyed the connection between God and humanity.

We now have a new covenant in the blood of Jesus. This covenant has created a new pathway of communication between humanity and deity. All you need to do is simply activate the new covenant through your faith in the blood of Jesus. Thank God! We that were once condemned in sin are now made righteous through faith in the sacrifice of Jesus.

DAILY SCRIPTURE READING: Romans 5:1-21.

MY DAILY CONFESSION

Jesus has paid the price for my total freedom in life. I have been bought with a price. Therefore, I glorify God in my body and spirit, which are God's. For sin, I have received righteousness. For sickness, I have health. And for poverty, I have abundance.

Jesus knew no sin but He became sin that I might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Jesus Himself bore my griefs, sicknesses, weaknesses and distress, and carried my sorrows and pains; He was wounded for my transgressions, bruised for my iniquities, the chastening for my peace and well-being fell upon Him and with His stripes I am healed.

I know the grace of my Lord Jesus Christ. Though He was very rich, yet, He became very poor in order that I can be made rich through His poverty. I shall not frustrate the grace of God because I am walking in the fullness of my redemptive rights.

I stand fast in the liberty I have received as a child of God. I will not be entangled any longer in the yoke of slavery. I am totally free from every oppression of the evil one.

I boldly declare according to Galatians 3:13 that Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law. I am completely free from the curse of sin, sickness and poverty.
