except of cos the washing part

i wish they could make them for guys too

First off this is more fit for the fashion forum but whatever....

water bras suck. They look fine but you slosh around under them and when you give someone a hug, they know you are wearing a water bra!! It's to squishy...

Firmer?? Eh...I dunno about that....it's not the size of the bra it's the little water bag inside it that bothers me.

I have never worn a water bra but you could try the ones from victoria secrets, those have the oil in them and you can take those out if you do not want it in there. I use those ones and they are really nice. I usually wear them without the oil packs though. If you are over a double CC, please do not try this at home. It will cause accidents.
