...i'm not good with the recipe thing but alhaji has his egusi recipe on maybe the third to the last page or somn so you could use that.
to get the lumpy look u have to do it like u're frying puff puff, u know like actually use your fingers to drop the balls of egusi into the oil. Which means that when you mix the ground egusi, u put as little water so you can get a 'maneuverable' consistency.
