LOL...Thanks dear. It is partially because of some extra time and some little extra money. I have always wanted to do it - I mean learn how to cook different meals, one can get sick of eating nigerian food all the time, so a change once in a while isn't a bad idea. I think these are simple and easy to follow recipes and the meals are not fattening.

Food network has alot of them if you get interested.

didnt have much of a choice. My meals were provided to me, as per work schedule, and i had to eat what they cooked, since i worked 14 hr days and didnt have a kitchen, or the option to get food elsewhere. I am off meat now that i have a variety of protein available to me and i can control what i get to eat.

my body feels lighter without it. Meat weighs me down, and my weight also goes up. I prefer lighter protein such as fish, or beans.
And my moms mother was a vegetarian and lived to 90, without any illness, no glasses or nothing. She was my idol. lol.
