Seriously, who gives a shit wuts in the Bible tho? God didnt make the bible...he didnt descend from the sky (or wherever he came from) and pick up a pen and write shit.

We as human beings make rules and commandments out of some shit some niggas decided to put down in writing without ever truly understanding the context or the real meaning of what they wrote, who they wrote it for, the era they wrote it etc.

The true Bible and Quran are 100% harmonious with common sense and the better true sides of science and are better than God writing Hisself. They are verbatim inspiration from God, dictates through men, in a trance so to say, spewing out authentic 100% concordant information. That's the true Bible and Quran and any other true Holy book.

The use of these books is to help man. Man would long be extinct without them, as we would not know the basic rules of mutual existence with ourselves and the environment.

To the topic, both Bible and Quran clearly state that this body is a vessel loaned to us, that must be protected and not be defiled by anything toxic.

Tatoos are sin.
Over eating/gluttony is sin.
Self mutilation is sin.
and so, cigarettes if agreed o be toxic easily falls into the sin category.

Ciggaretes are confirmed very toxic and are therefore violations of our use of our loaned vellel/temple and sin.

The addictive properties of ciggarettes too cause us to worship them. Any habit that causes ritual dependence takes us away from god, the Only we should ritually depend on, hence are in Islam= associating partners with god/Shirk, or in Christianity violating the 2nd commandment of having other Gods. This is on a deeper level. There must be one love and only one addiction- God. Anything that shares that is sin. Smokers know that ciggarette is like a controlling God, hence sin.

They defile the vessel.
Why mark up a vessel that God owns? god owns this body, that's the first thing we must remind ourselves. Did we seek permision to label and tag and pierce and deposit markers in His vessel?

Add to that-' we musn't make any graven images of stuff in likenesses', so automatically all image tatoos are sins of 2 kinds.
