salam
if i can recommend a comprehensive book on what it means and how to be the ideal muslim/muslimah i would have to recommended these books by Al-hashimi they come in pairs.."the ideal muslim" and "the ideal muslimah"...the muslimah version was given to me as a gift and walahi i have benefited sooo much from it..its such a fast read but yet very comprehensive and succinct that is based on hadiths and verses of the quran...i have since ordered the muslimah copy for my sister and mom and muslim copy for my dad...if you can i would soo encourage you to read it ...but of course with all texts you have to be objective when reading it there were some points that i did not necessarily agree with but all in all a very excellent read.... here are the links..i orderd it on darusalm and it arrived in like 3days..but it can also be purchased on amazon http://www.dar-us-salam.com/store/ma...w=&range_high= jazakallah kairun shayo4real
