Fish Pepper Soup for the Winter (PIC)

Red fish
Uziza
Uda
ehulu
Utazi
Maggi
Ginger
Pepper
Onions
stem the fish with ginger, pepper, onion, and maggi
blend the uda, ehulu and uziza together with water and add it to the stem fish. Add more water.
let boil for like 15mins and add your utazi to give it a little bitter taste and salt to taste. let it boil for another 10mins and you pepper soup is ready. Yummy.
